Product/Service Card (Rate & Services Card)
Displays the vendor’s approved products, services, pricing schedules, rate cards, and commercial terms. This information is used for procurement reviews, quotation comparisons, purchase approvals, and contract compliance monitoring.
Banking Documents
Displays all banking-related documents provided by the vendor, including bank account verification, bank statements, EFT details, voided cheques, and other supporting documentation used to validate payment information and ensure secure supplier onboarding.
Outstanding Compliance Documents
Shows any required vendor compliance documents that have not yet been
received, uploaded, reviewed, approved, or are due to expire. This helps identify what is still needed before the vendor can be fully certified or approved for use
